And I chose to eat oatmeal over the delicious smelling biscuts and gravy! I know what you're thinking... "Yummy hospital food? I thought that was a myth." And you would probably be right anywhere but here... St. Luke's Medical Center has some kinda good cookin'! And the biscuts and gravy are at the top of the heap... and the top of the calorie count, so I was good today and resisted temptation.
Anyway... Turbo Jam. We ordered it (a series of workout videos) from Bodybuilding.com and it arrived yesterday. I'm battling a headcold but I want so much to get started. Last night
Brent came to me while I was trying to put in a few Pampered Chef shows. He wanted to start working out last night... but I deferred. I can do everything... just not everything all at once. I'm going to try to start tonight. He has a head start on me though; he learned all the moves last night. So I have to try to pop the training video in before he gets home.
Love love love to work out. Didn't used to but I find that it lends itself nicely toward sanity.

I am proud of you trying to fit everything in - just don't overdo it!
